Cravings taking over my life right now: salt. and. heat.  If you’re taste twinning with me and looking to curb, this bowl is major. Some things I’ve been trying to keep top of mind to help balance these specific cravings: hydration (too much water can mess with electrolyte system just like too little can) and managing adrenal stress (Circadian rhythm is totally off rn because G’s been having nightmares and crawling into our bed at 3am 🌚 — I’ve been supplementing magnesium to help.)
