I’ve always had a serious sweet tooth but lately i want dessert right after I’ve finished dessert 🤦🏻‍♀️ This crumble recipe + a dollop of whole milk yogurt is the satisfaction without the crash. . . 3 c sliced strawberries 3 c blueberries Juice of half a lemon 2 T tapioca flour 3/4 c rolled oats 1/2 c @bobsredmill almond flour 1/2 c chopped raw walnuts or pecans 1/2 t cinnamon 1/4 t ginger 1/4 t fine sea salt 1/3 c maple syrup 1/4 c melted coconut oil Mix first four ingredients and spread in the bottom of a square baking dish or small skillet. Throw together remaining ingredients, adding liquids last. Spread topping on fruit mixture as evenly as you can and bake at 400 for 25ish minutes. (Add another 10 min if you use frozen berries.) Eat it hot with @siggisdairy + sprinkle of chia seeds or your fave !
