WUT is going on this week? Typical caffeine intake (i.e. 3-4 cups of coffee/day ) is having little to no effect on my (faux) energy levels. So rude. I trusted you @darkmattercoffee, how dare you? Really though, completely cognizant that my habits have brought me to this place, and I need to chilllll it on the liquid stimulants. I decided to get supah chilly this afternoon (see what I did there?) and threw a few things in the blender for a kick and a clear head.  This guy is packed with B vitamins, magnesium and healthy fats — a good one for endurance or strength training recovery.  ____ Make it  lotta blueberries, 1/2 frozen or overripe banana, 2tsp @sunfood Spanish bee pollen, 1/2 c @bobsredmill unsweetened coconut, 1/2 🥑, lots of spinach, cup of almond cashew milk (I use @almondbreeze), ice + coconut water. I topped mine with Saigon cinnamon, a crushed up Giddy Up raw ball (ingredient list in highlights), more coconut and bluebs. The v best part was getting to the end and scooping out those goodies that sunk to the bottom 🤤
